Terms of Service
We offer a range of floral services, including:
Funeral Tributes: Setup of floral tributes at churches. (Please note: a fee may apply for locations outside our local area.)
Wedding Setups: We provide floral arrangements and setups at churches or reception venues. An additional fee will apply for travel.
Stand Hire: Stands are available for hire where appropriate.
Flower Deliveries: We strive to deliver all arrangements in a timely manner. For urgent orders, we offer a express delivery service through a contracted courier. This service delivers within 2 hours and incurs an additional charge.
Please note:
Flower availability depends on in-store stock, seasonal changes, and market access. Substitutions may be necessary.
Due to seasonal changes and flower availability in-store or at the market, some substitutions may be necessary. If specific flowers are unavailable, we may recommend scheduling delivery for a later date to allow time for sourcing.
All arrangements are delivered fresh and self-contained. To maintain freshness, please add water every second day.
